Terms of Use

01License

Joraje GK grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use CoreReserve on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

02Restrictions

You may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except where such action is permitted by applicable law;
• copy, redistribute, sublicense, rent or sell the app or any part of it;
• use the app for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Joraje GK;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.

03Intellectual property

The CoreReserve name, logo, design, source code and all content provided with the app remain the property of Joraje GK. This agreement grants you a license to use the app; it does not transfer any ownership rights.

The inventory data you create in the app belongs to you and is stored on your device.

04No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

CoreReserve is an aid to keeping track of household stock. It is not a medical tool, and it does not verify expiry dates or the safety of any item you record.

05Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joraje GK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Because all data is stored locally, you are responsible for maintaining your own device backups.

06Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach any of these terms, and you may end it at any time by deleting the app from your devices.

07Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Japan, where Joraje GK is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
